It began with love
It became NOVA
NOVA began with a question: if our pets are family, why should their healthcare be any less thoughtful than our own?

Everything changes
The day a pet enters your home, something shifts. They become part of your routines, your happiest moments and, before you realise it, your whole heart. And when something happens to them, nothing matters more than knowing they will be okay.
But why, when our pets are family, should their healthcare feel any less important than our own? Why should an anxious pet parent have to travel from one facility to another for a consultation, a test, surgery or emergency treatment?
We believed there had to be a better way. One place where veterinary expertise, modern facilities and genuine compassion come together. A place where Mumbai's pet parents know where to turn when they are worried, without feeling they have to navigate it all alone.
That's why NOVA exists. Because behind every patient is a family who loves them beyond measure.
Four different beginnings
One shared belief
Four people. Four different corners of India. Four entirely different journeys. Each found their way to Mumbai, the city of dreams, determined to build something meaningful, make a name for themselves and make a difference.
As fate would have it, their paths crossed unexpectedly. The idea developed together, through conversations, shared values and the realisation that they worked well as a team.
At first, the dream was a veterinary clinic. But the more they explored what pet parents in Mumbai truly needed, the more they understood that a small, half-hearted attempt would not solve the gaps they wanted to address.
They decided to bet on themselves. On their collective experience, on their research and on one another. Financial success mattered, but never more than the vision, integrity and reputation they wanted to build through their work.
The dream grew from a clinic into a 24/7 multispeciality veterinary hospital. Not because bigger was more impressive, but because the care they envisioned deserved their full commitment.
